1/4 cup butter
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary leaves
1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme leaves
2 tablespoons finely shredded Parmesan cheese
1 can (16 oz) Immaculate Baking Co.™ refrigerated organic flaky biscuits
Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 8 regular-size muffin cups with cooking spray.
In small microwavable bowl, microwave butter uncovered on High 20 to 30 seconds or until melted. In another small bowl, mix garlic, rosemary, thyme and cheese until blended.
Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Split biscuits in half to make 16 biscuit rounds; place on work surface or cutting board. Brush top of each biscuit with melted butter. Sprinkle about 1/2 teaspoon garlic-herb mixture on top of each buttered biscuit round. Place 4 topped biscuits on top of each other to make one stack. Repeat to make a total of 4 stacks.
Cut each stack in half. Place one half, rounded side up, in muffin cup. Repeat with remaining biscuit halves. Brush any remaining butter over tops.
Bake 19 to 24 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes in pans. Remove to serving tray; serve warm.
Pull-apart rolls are also called “fan tails” for the way they look.
