Chocolate Covered Biscotti Crunch
Our story begins with biscotti. Every loaf of biscotti we make is mixed, kneaded and rolled by hand; baked once; cut into small, bite-sized pieces then baked again. It's truly a labor of love. In the old days, though, we made only the traditional biscotti sticks – which meant throwing away the end pieces of every loaf because they were too small. But one day, in a flash of inspiration, we took those short sticks, cut them up and dipped them in rich, dark chocolate.
