Here at Immaculate, our approach to baking has always been very simple. Each of our recipes is thoughtfully and creatively developed by Scott, Immaculate's founder and Chief Cookie Guru, in his own kitchen using a standard 5-quart mixer. We take great care to source only the finest, all-natural and organic ingredients, never "easy" alternatives like margarine, preservatives, or other processed ingredients we can't spell or pronounce.

We're also very passionate about developing creative recipes that go against the norm of ordinary packaged cookies. Our innovative combinations from Pumpkin Gingerlies to Leapin' Lemon have helped us garner a reputation for fearless cookie creativity, a reputation that has led to a steady stream of fanatical emails praising our super delicious product offerings.
