Sweet Buttery Shortbread

Sweet with a hint of saltiness. A cookie yin connected to its potato chip yang, linked together in an endless circle of snacking bliss.

This combination is the most dramatic example of opposites attracting since Napoleon married that tall gal, Josephine. We start with fresh Route 11 potato chips, crunch'em up and add them to a buttery vanilla-y, shortbread dough with lotsa fresh roasted almonds.

All we can say is WOW!! The result was (and still is) incredible.
