Immaculate Baking contributes to a wide range of community based non-profit groups that supports the arts, education, and children's initiatives. In the past year, IBC has supported these types of organizations (a sampling included below) with various in-kind donations:

  • Clyde Fest, Bynum, NC - This fundraiser for the Chatham Arts Council channels money to children's programs. IBC participation this year involved a cooking cutting and decorating tent.
  • Hope Speaks, Tacoma, WA - An Art Therapy Center for Families and Children
  • Hill House, Boston, MA - A Community Center for at risk families. Funds raised go to art classes and sports programs.
  • The Katie Caples Foundation, Amelia Island, FL - A foundation raising money for Organ donation education among middle and high schoolers.
  • The Institute for Community Leadership, Oakland, CA - A summer program for high schoolers that focuses on nonviolent conflict resolution and sustainability.
  • Autism Speaks, NYC - An annual walk for parents and children that raises approximately $1M.
  • The Smithsonian Associates, Washington, DC - Connected with the Smithsonian Museums, this group runs a "Connect with the Arts Program."
  • The Pan Mass Challenge, Boston, MA - An annual bike-a-thon that raises more money for charity than any other single event in the country, the PMC raised $35 million in 2008. As you know, Mary, John, and Paul brought in over $10,000 for cancer research and treatment at Dana-Farber and participated in the ride. IBC donated 10,000 bags of cookies to support riders at rest stops.
